Deposits
How do I load chips to my 747 account?
Open E-Loading and choose Online (instant, pays via NexusPay) or Manual (send to our bank/e-wallet and upload the receipt). Enter your 747 username and the amount, then follow the prompts. Online deposits credit your 747 balance automatically once the payment is confirmed.
What payment methods can I use?
Online: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, QR Ph, and most major Philippine banks via NexusPay. Manual: P2P transfers to the bank or e-wallet accounts listed on the manual-load page.
How fast does my deposit arrive in 747?
Online deposits usually credit within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Manual deposits are reviewed by our loaders and typically credit within 2–10 minutes during operating hours.
I paid but my chips never arrived — what now?
Track the transaction at /status using your reference number. If it's been over 10 minutes and status is still pending, message @teamjeco_support with your reference number and proof of payment — we'll trace it.
Withdrawals
How do I cash out my 747 chips?
Go to E-Loading and select Withdraw. Enter your 747 username, the amount, and the GCash/Maya/bank account where you want the cash sent. Funds arrive at your chosen account once the payout completes.
How long do withdrawals take?
Most GCash and Maya payouts complete within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfers depend on the receiving bank — many are instant via InstaPay, some take up to 1 hour during off-hours.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Fees vary by payout method and are shown to you on the preview screen before you confirm the withdrawal. You always see the exact amount debited and the exact amount that will arrive.
My withdrawal is stuck — what should I do?
Check the status at /status first. If it's been over 30 minutes and status hasn't moved, contact @teamjeco_support with your reference number — we can chase the payout on the rail side.
Accounts
Do I need a 747 account before loading?
Yes — you need a registered 747 Live Casino account with a username and password. If you don't have one yet, you can create a player account at Join → Member.
How do I become a partner (agent)?
Apply at Join → Partner. Our team reviews applications within 24–48 hours and will reach out on the contact details you provide. Partners earn commissions on downline deposits and can process on-behalf transactions for their players.
I forgot my 747 password.
Password resets happen on the 747 panel itself, not on Team Jeco. Visit the 747 site directly to recover your account, then come back here to load.
Tracking & Refunds
Where do I find my transaction reference?
Every deposit and withdrawal you start on Team Jeco shows a reference number on the confirmation screen and in the result page. You can also look it up at /status — if you remember the amount and approximate time, search by your 747 username.
Can I cancel or refund a transaction?
Online deposits cannot be cancelled once the payment is confirmed — the chips credit to your 747 account and stay there. Manual deposits can be cancelled before our loaders process them; message support immediately with the reference number. Withdrawals can only be cancelled while still in pending state.
